Some palletized loads require compaction to remove the air from the bags and reduce the height of the palledtized load.
A Conveying Industries Pallet Press is the perfect machine for this.
Once a palletized load is placed on a heavy duty wire mesh conveyor and conveyed to the pressing position and is in place, a hydraulic operated top platen will lower to the palletized load and compress the load to the desired height. Air operated side plates can be added to help keep the sides of the load from pushing out during the pressing of the load.
The pallet press can be used free standing or in an automated line.
